Lead Consultant & Auditor
Consultant

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

-        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-        Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting (Freshers may also apply).

-        Certification as an ISO auditor or in relevant industry standards is a plus.

-        In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and requirements.

-        Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

-        Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.

-        Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and management.

-        Conduct thorough research, analysis, and evaluations to support project recommendations and internal audits.

-        Build and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and improve service offerings.

-        Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO standards, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

-        Identify areas of non-compliance during audits, recommend corrective actions, and follow-up on the same.

-        Oversee and mentor junior consultants and team members, providing training and support on ISO requirements and best practices.

-        Ensure projects and audits are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

-        Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with ISO standards, staying updated on changes and ensuring continued compliance.

-        Develop and maintain audit documentation and records, following up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

-        Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed, handling confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
